COASTAL ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Position Description: The Coastal Environmental Quality (CEQ) Program Coordinator will provide program management for the S.C. Stormwater Pond Research Management Collaborative, coordinate the Consortium’s water quality research and outreach programs, and work with key stormwater pond constituencies to both understand their information needs and extend to them relevant science-based information. The CEQ Program Coordinator will contribute research motivated by community needs and provide hands-on operational and technical support for Collaborative partners. (S)he will solicit funding as needed to support projects through the development and funding of grant proposals. The CEQ Program Coordinator will be an employee of the S.C. Sea Grant Consortium. Plans of work for this position will be based on and consistent with the strategic plans of the S.C. Sea Grant Consortium with guidance provided by the NOAA National Sea Grant College Program, the State of South Carolina, and target stakeholder and constituent groups.
