Position Description: San Francisco Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve (NERR) is looking for a skilled and dedicated Director to lead our collaborative estuarine science program. The San Francisco Bay NERR is a partnership program that embodies the best attributes of each of its founding organizations: strong roots in the muddy wetlands that make up the Reserve sites; regional connections that improve stewardship of the entire San Francisco Estuary through meaningful science, education, and coastal management; and national perspective enriched by a network of diverse NERR sites around the country. The ideal Reserve Director will be an integrative leader with vision and management skills to support and expand the San Francisco Bay NERR.
