Marine Science Education Internship

Position Description: Discovery Hall Programs (DHP) has a summer internship position for an upper level undergraduate or recent graduate from groups under-represented in marine science or environmental education. Interns work with DHP’s education personnel in our many different summer programs including summer camps for K-12 students, our residential class in marine science for high school students, teacher workshops and public outreach events. Interns assist in all activities including logistics, preparation and teaching. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of environmental education and learn about Gulf of Mexico ecosystems.
