Course Description: Technology in Marine Science: ROVs is a 4.5 day professional learning opportunity for K-12 and informal educators held at the Dauphin Island Sea Lab from June 11 - June 15. The workshop consists of content delivery (by research scientists), a field day on the water using ROVs, guided construction of their own ROV and exploration of hands-on activities suitable for the classroom / laboratory at the middle school and high school grade bands.
